and we will be happy to cancel and or reschedule your appointment.
If your call is made after hours, our answering service
will ensure that we receive the message.

What do I need to bring for my first appointment?
A: Please
be sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to
complete the registration process. You will need your current
insurance card and co-pay, or if you are paying by cash
we will accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards. You
will also receive a confirmation call prior to your appointment
to remind you of the time and date.
